REFUND POLICY
Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged book, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing your order.
Lost or Undelivered Packages All orders are shipped with tracking. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, building reception, or any safe places where it may have been left
- Contact us within 2 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to investigate the issue and liaise with the shipping provider where possible.
Shipping Errors If we send you the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a return label for the incorrect item.
